Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 9, 2025
Last Updated: July 9, 2025

All payments made for managed web hosting services are non-refundable. By purchasing any plan or service, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided for cancellations, unused time, change of mind, or dissatisfaction.

We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations or unused service periods.

Transparent Pricing and Overage Charges

Our pricing is fully transparent and available on our website or as quoted through official communication. All service costs, including optional features and resource allocations, are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Overage charges may apply when your account exceeds the resource limits allocated to your plan (e.g., CPU, RAM, bandwidth, storage). These overages will be billed separately, and customers will be notified before or during the overage event, depending on the type of service. By using our services, you agree to pay any applicable overage fees as per the usage.

Exceptions: Refunds in Limited Cases

Refunds are only issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments due to billing or system error
  • Accidental overcharges caused by a technical glitch
  • Failure to deliver service due to an internal system issue or account setup error (not caused by the customer)

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, customers must:

  • Submit a support ticket from the client dashboard within 15 days of the transaction
  • Include the order ID, payment reference, and a clear explanation of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted where applicable and non-refundable as per the provider’s policy.

Non-Refundable Items (Without Exception)

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Web hosting plans once activated
  • Set-up fees or service activation charges
  • Services suspended or terminated due to abuse, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Resource overage charges

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting our billing team first is considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate the associated account
  • Deny any pending or future service eligibility
  • Submit evidence to payment providers to resolve the dispute in our favor

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted publicly on our website.

For questions or clarification, please contact our billing department by submitting a support ticket via your Decasix account dashboard.
