No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any hosting plans, add-ons, or services once payment is completed. This applies to:
- Monthly or yearly WordPress hosting subscriptions
- Bulk website purchases
- Add-on services (e.g., domain mapping, extra storage, etc.)
Please make sure you have reviewed all plan details before making a purchase.
Why No Refunds?
Our services are provided at student-friendly, deeply discounted rates with no hidden fees or contracts. To maintain affordability and fairness for all users, we do not support a refund structure.
Transparent Billing
- Pricing is per website, with clearly listed bulk discounts.
- No surprise charges — what you see is what you pay.
- You may upgrade your usage at any time (e.g., add more sites), and the corresponding cost will be applied from your next billing cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued under the following rare conditions:
- Duplicate payments due to a billing error on our side
- Fraudulent transactions proven with evidence and confirmed by the payment provider
